Driver CPC Courses

Driver CPC Courses

What is Driver CPC?

Driver CPC has been introduced across the European Union to maintain high driving standards and improve road safety. All professional lorry drivers must hold a Driver CPC if they want to drive for a living.

Who does Driver CPC apply to?

Any driver of LGV’s over 3.5 tonnes must obtain a driver CPC. Training will require attendance at courses but will not require driver to take or pass any exams. All drivers of LGV vehicles holding a category C, C1, C+E, or C1+E licence will need to complete 35 hours of periodic training every five years, unless exempt.
