Cave offers a turnkey project management service for the supply, installation and maintenance of on-site bulk storage tanks and silos, suitable for delivery and utilisation of liquid feeds to large scale pig units and other livestock operations. This includes, site survey and requirements capture, tank supply, civils and infrastructure requirements, installation and operational support.

Once in service, we source suitable liquid feeds from selected producers and manufacturers, such as breweries, dairies and confectionary manufacturers.

These feeds are healthy co-products, like ‘trub’ (a post-fermentation product of beer making) or production spoil which is not viable for further use in the human food chain.

Under very strictly controlled procedures, we test the product to confirm its suitability and then manage the continuous supply to site, based on feed regimes, usage and demand. Only product which meets set standards and passes our own rigorous approval criteria is delivered to farm.
